Inside Voice is a creative partnership between Aimée Lindorff and Sophie Overett designed to elevate cultural conversation around storytelling.
Together, they produce, edit and host the genre screen and pop culture review series Lady Parts, that examines and celebrates the role of women in front of, and behind, the camera. Their content explores the intersection between creators and audiences, and interrogates representation and access in the screen sector.
Separately, they are Jills of many trades.
Aimée is an arts reviewer, interviewer, editor, and cultural producer, who has worked behind the scenes, and on stage, at organisations and events such as WildBear Entertainment, Gold Coast Film Festival, Brisbane Writers Festival, Supanova ComicCon & Gaming, and more.
Sophie is a cultural producer and award-winning writer, whose work has been published in journals and anthologies around the world. She is the creator of The Oscars Project, a podcast exploring the last 90 years of cinema through Academy Award nominees.
Inside Voice is an inaugural resident of SQHub, an initiative funded by the Queensland Government through Screen Queensland to support innovative screen businesses.
Lady Parts is a regular podcast exploring the roles of women in genre cinema, both in front of and behind the camera.
Exploring the intersection of film, history and the Academy Awards, The Oscars Project is a one-woman tour through the last 90 years of cinema.
